Do I need an account to see prices?
No. Browse any service and the price appears as you choose your options. You can book as a guest with just your email and phone — or sign in for promo codes and CNC Coins.
Which areas do you cover?
All seven emirates — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. A few services are not available in every area; if one is not available at your address we will tell you before you pay.
Can I book more than one service at once?
Yes — that is the point of the basket. Add as many as you like, give each one its own date and time, and pay for them together in a single checkout. Each service becomes its own job on our side so the right team turns up for each one.
How is the price worked out?
It's fixed upfront from the options you choose — size, add-ons, materials — and includes VAT. The price covers the inclusions listed on the service; anything outside that scope is quoted separately before any work is done.
What if I need to cancel?
Reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 12 hours before your appointment, from your bookings page.
What if I'm not happy with the work?
Tell us within 48 hours of completion and we will re-do the affected work at no extra cost.
